Pls avoid any body lotion that contains "hydroquinone" it has been shown to cause skin cancer.

u av to knw if d acne is due to hormonal imbalance.Taking fish oil capsule nd suppliments cn correct it thou. U c i was sick sumtym ago nd i tuk blood so wen i was alryt, i began havin break out due to it,it was dos smalish rash like sturborn ones dat wnt go nd also dos reddish and painful ones they were becumin terrible their was notin i didnt buy 4 it,it jus wnt go, sum1 told me later abt oil supplement dat cured hers so i began taking cod liver oil capsule[everseas 1000mg] its a source of omega 3 fatty acid, cos d pharmacist didnt av fish oil capsule.beliv me it worked 4 me within 1wk dos acne cleared i use to take 1 capsule evry nyt ,it worked 4 me try it awt.pls go 4 cod its omega 3 bt fish oil is omega 6 nd may b bad. Once ur acne is gone dos spot wnt take tym to go,u cn corret it thou i used dudu yoyo black soap and asante herbal soap i bath wit it 4 spot.nd a little esaval cream i apply it in d murnin jus b4 bathing. Dats hw i got rid of mine,i dnt knw if u cn try it
