He told me he charges 200k just to lay 1 block. Says bricklayer 12k, labour 8k. He didn't know i know they charge 10k for bricklayer, 5k for labour. Which is 150k contrary to the initial 200k he mentioned.

things have change my guy, bricklayers take home 12k and at times labourers take home 7 to 8k depending on negotiation.
