Politics › Re: Tinubu’s Reforms Stabilising Economy, Says FG by Bobfern: 9:58am On Sep 06
Many people online attacking the President's reforms were not born when Nigeria got mobile network. Econet and MTN in 2001. I remember we made calls for as high as N100 per minute with Econet. When MTN joined the market, it reduced to N80. Later N60. Until Glo announced joining the market, advertised their network per minute at N10. Econet and MTN refused to let Glo call their networks. They all later settled at N30 per minute.
MTel tried but couldn't compete.
Today, we make calls as cheap as N12 and N10 per minute. Even have per second billing.

Obasanjo tried to do that in the Oil sector, deregulate and let key players enter the market. NLC mobilised Nigerians against the policy. Obasanjo issued more than 20 licenses, but non saw the light of the day, because the sector was regulated. Why will Government fix prices and what me to invest?

Tinubu is taking hard decisions that will put Nigeria on the right track. I am not saying all his policies are perfect. I am against increment of taxes, borrow to finance the coaster highway. That money can fix all the roads in Nigeria.

So Apc attacked the same journalist that cover their event.

Is it that some of you don't bother to reason things logically before dropping your rubbish?
I swear., I wonder how some people reason.

Take the message and leave the messenger. Is he saying the truthhuh

ratcock:
Without Tinubu would he have bullied Gov Fubara or even rendered the pdp worthless?
Everything has an expiry date.

The people of the Niger Delta should deal with him as it pleases them.

Abacha’s praise singers said worse.
Only God has the final say.

Wike is the last person to make any point going by his antecedents.
