Job Description

CartAGRO Digital, a pioneer in agricultural e-commerce, is seeking a motivated and results-driven Field Sales Analyst to help grow our platform’s user base and product visibility within key local territories. This role focuses on promoting CartAGRO’s platform to both corporate clients and local online buyers, offering them the convenience of a seamless digital marketplace that connects farmers with trusted buyers and businesses. If you have a background in field sales, strong local connections, and are passionate about transforming agriculture, we invite you to be part of our innovative team.

Key Responsibilities

Local Product Marketing: Promote CartAGRO’s solutions to corporate clients and local online buyers, highlighting the convenience and benefits of our platform for streamlined agricultural transactions. Leverage local networks and channels to increase awareness and usage of CartAGRO’s marketplace among farmers, agro-businesses, and online buyers.
Customer Engagement and Onboarding: Engage directly with potential corporate customers and local buyers to onboard them onto the CartAGRO platform, ensuring a seamless experience and offering support to boost user engagement and satisfaction.
Sales Target Achievement: Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets by effectively managing the territory, implementing proven sales strategies, and fostering relationships with local clients and online buyers.
Market Research and Feedback: Gather insights into customer needs and market trends to guide CartAGRO’s marketing and product development teams, enhancing platform offerings and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Relationship Building: Develop strong, lasting relationships with both corporate and individual customers to drive loyalty, encourage repeat business, and build a strong CartAGRO community.

Requirements

Residency: Must reside within Anthony Village, Maryland, Ikeja, Magodo, or Gbagada, Lagos.
Experience: Proven success in field sales, especially within e-commerce, agribusiness, or tech, with experience promoting products to both corporate clients and individual buyers.
Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and manage territory effectively.
Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the agricultural sector or agro-business networks is a plus.

Compensation

Base Salary: ₦70,000 per month.
Performance-Based Incentive: Up to ₦1,000,000 monthly, based on target achievement.
