entitled to a portion of the tithe for churches where all of it isn't sent to the HQ. Even at that it makes some of them talk about twice a month

I don't know about any other churches but in MFM tithes belong to the Area pastor and running cost is removed from the offering before sending remaining to HQ.

Most churches don't employ pastor in full time bases.

They are free to have other jobs and some are entitled to the tithes collected every service day.

Am not in support of the pay cos it low even as that then but on the other hand some pastor preside over churches that the members aren't up to 30 people.

RCCG
Newly ordained full-time pastors with National Diplomas are currently being paid N25,000 a month while their counterparts with a university degree receive N35,000 as their monthly salaries. Full time Area pastor earns a minimum monthly salary of N40,000 while a full-time Provincial pastor is entitled to a minimum monthly salary of N85, 000. According to the church’s structure, an area pastor is in charge of about five or six parishes while a provincial pastor is in charge of about 100 parishes or a state.

MFM
Pastors in the church’s branches averagely earned between N20,000 and N25,000 monthly. But there are also few newly ordained ministers who assist pastors-in-charge at zones and regions during deliverance programmes. I find it difficult to understand how general overseers fly private jets/helicopters while their junior pastors are paid peanuts! Fathers of faith need to run the church like Jesus and the apostles did. Christ wasnt different from

Few years ago when i was processing my permanent residency visa to Canada. A friend introduced me to a lady in USA who was looking for husband.
