Europe is missing the United Kingdom, which is a European country.
Asia includes Cyprus and Russia, but also omits Taiwan, which some country lists include separately.
The lists use different counting conventions, so you cannot simply add the totals to get a definitive count of countries in Europe and Asia.

Cyprus and Russia can reasonably be associated with both continents (Europe & Asia) geographically or politically, but a list intended to count countries by continent should clearly state its rules and apply them consistently.
