It is in line with the constitution, Markafi led committee does not recognize micro zoning, as far as Markafi is concerned, we only have two regions which is the North and the South, anybody from the South can aspire and contest any position zoned to the region.
Okk.... Now I understand..... Thanks for the clarification
But may I ask if you have seen the Constitution of the PDP??

BBPIA:
It is in the interest of South East pdp leaders to support the chairmanship aspiration of SW, if SS eventually picks the slot, VP position won't be automatic for SE. Some SW leaders are clandestinely promoting Secondus, they are eyeing the VP slot.

SE should wise up
How's that? Is the analysis above in line with the party's constitution or is just conventional??
Enlighten me more please

ogbonti:
Yakubu Gowon ruled Nigeria for 9 solid years beginning at age 32 in 1966. By the time he was overthrown in 1975, he was already a 4-star General of the Nigerian Army for at least 4 years at age 41 grin
That feat of his and others like him is one of those moments that has served as a point inspiration for me that even aa a youth, we all should strive not only to develop ourselves but others as well as the country. Whenever we are called upon to serve, we should see it as a clarion call to serve humanity and not for selfaggrandizement.

That brings me back to the context in which I made upon which I made the earlier quote. The question I was trying to ask was how a man of 37 would still be leaving under the roof of his parents. I find that unimaginable.

MathsChic:
Unfortunately, Nigerians are not one to tell the truth, or open up when sh..it hits the fan. We have to continue guessing. We are dealing with a population (and a pastor) who understand that denial works well in this country and can be effectively used to garner sympathy. In other saner countries, people don't ask for picture evidences or video evidences. Instead, they lay the burden of proof on the accused, while maintaining the right to still charge the accuser for lying or defamation, should the accusations turn out unsubstantiated. Nigeria is just such a confusing place. Accusations are thrown about and in the midst of this it's hard to even tell lies from truth or truth from lies. It's a veritable mix of spicy slime; too damning to ignore and in some cases too ridiculous to accept.

However, while many may continue to deny it, it's clear there's something fishy going on here. The sultry actress, Daniella Okeke, is yet to respond to the allegations. It begs the question: who in their right mind would not immediately flinch and jump to counter these allegations of misdemeanor, if indeed they were innocent?

Second, when the allegations of sexual abuse by this pastor continues to pile, as it does now, why shouldn't we think there's something wrong and he needs to offer better defensive claims than that he is being persecuted by a vengeful government that didn't like his earlier utterances against it?

I have come to the conclusion that Nigerians are just too gullible. When several women came out to accuse Bill Cosby of sexual assault, not a few Nigerians rolled out the drums in support of these women, immediately tagging Bill Cosby an abuser. In addition, the burden was on Bill to prove himself innocent. The details these women shared showed much more than that they were on a well-planned mission to destroy his reputation. Shouldn't the same apply now in the case of the so-called Apostle Sulaimon? huh
As much as I like your line of reasoning and your submissions which are beautiful, I beg to differ with that part where you submitted that the burden of proof should be placed on the accused....It is always a principle of law which states that he who asserts must prove...and in this case Ms. Otobo happens to be the person asserting....not only must she proved facts linking her with the apostle, she must do so beyond reasonable doubt...which I think it's yet to manifest...

NB: I'm not a fan of both parties....just hoping that the truth will surface in the near future.....

Once again thumbs up, mathschic....

You may say I'm blabbing but I have seen it all .all these pentecostal churches will just psyche you and yap about what God is about to do but Celestial church will point you to a vivid direction where you need to fight your battle with prayer and fasting.

I was born into ccc and it was more than a home for me but later changed church around 2002 because I wanted to be very grounded in the scriptures which I felt I wasn't getting in ccc. To be sincere, I still haven't been able to secure a permanent church, it's like something is always missing. The only church that ever came close to being home doesn't have branches spread across the country. I do miss ccc and I still find myself going for some of their program but I'm kind of still waiting for a conviction to go back.
