Lol... Even if u don't get retired, as a DSSC, without converting into Regular, I don't think u can go beyond d rank of a R. Adm by what is up there on d column.

Taking d 1st row for e.g, looking @ dat of d Navy, which is Sub Lt (i.e, equivalent to 2 stars in d Army) as a starting point 4 d DSSC column (which we are concerned of), 5 yrs is to be spent on dat rank, provided dat u're passing ur courses for promotion, u shldn't be above 39 yrs of age on dat particular rank, else u'll be retired & dat how it goes on to the next rank along d rows & columns
