having the feeling of shame and regret after the act clearly shows that their is still an element of GOD'S touch in your life. This is the 1st positive point for you. The absolute truth is that you cannot fight this by your physical ability or strength. The devil knows our weak points and constantly attacks us with it. There is something you need to know that JESUS has overcome the world. Because you are his child he is the only one that can set you free.
You have to cry to him from the depths of your being he will hear you. You have to make up your mind entirely to stop the act. You can't hide anything from GOD ALMIGHTY .
Tell JESUS in your prayers sincerely from your heart that you want to stop this act. He will turn the tides before you and you will be surprised.
You don't need anyone to lay hands on you.
