the dirty job isn't literal sir not dirty like dirty. I meant those doing the site work are the casual workers. An old friend is a causal worker with TCN in Lagos. They are always on Transmission site. So I don't know what you're talking about when you say casual workers aren't field workers

my brother those that do maintenance work were purely staff, tcn does not have any casual worker in any of their lagos region sub station. Maybe your friend didnt tells who the details. The remaining part of the contract staff will be regularized by dec by God Grace . No casual workers in Tcn lagos sub region .

Those are contract or casual staff bro. TCN and NNPC are the two major agencies that employ contract staff. Go to refineries, most of those who do the dirty jobs are contract or casual staff. Same goes with TCN, the contract staff do the dirty field work but get paid peanuts. That's the reason for strike

You re wrong with this information, contract staff that was employed were not a filed workers and there's no dirty job in Tcn.

Nothing like fresh recruitment in TCN for now , they are just trying to conclude the regularization of the contract staff, those that were yet to be staffed just got their contract renewed for another six month that will lapsed by december.
