Please help, my gionee S11 went off due to low battery, when they brought the light I plugged it through the night but it didn't come up .till now my phone cant on. I changed my charging port, it still doesnt charge. Please what could be the problem?

Hello all, I have a gionee Gn3001 and I noticed that as soon as the battery gets down to 15%, it starts draining itself with the speed of light. Almost from the said 15% to 0% within 1 minute. Any solution to this?

Most gionee phones have dis problem but when my Gn5001s get to 1℅ it can last upto 24hrs b4 it went up
