The only yardstick that makes the nigerian citizen case stick is that she has Nigerian parents having nigerian parents makes you a candidate for nigeria citizenship according to the laws that caters for citizenship in nigeria..her growing up in nigeria is not a criteria for her being nigerian.

The bottom line is that kemi has likely renounce her nigeria nationality, and only identify as Briton now.

Obama was born in the US to a Kenyan father which according to kenya laws make him a kenyan citizen. but he doesn't have a kenya citizenship and identity solely as an american.

Lookman was born in the UK to nigerian parents and had his early years in the UK and was a UK citizen until 2022 when he switched allegiance to nigeria. Is lookman still a UK citizen?? The answer is no the moment he took the nigeria citizenship he renounced his UK nationality making him a full nigerian national.

Kemi is Briton, she having nigerian parents or stayed in nigeria doesn't matter.. she identifies has Briton her bio says so..
