I have an emergency. My rent expires at the end of this month and i did not decide to leave till a few days ago. Landlord issues! Hence availability of low cash.

I'd like a 2 bedroom flat, preferably in magodo and my budget is 250k. Would also like a deal where i can pay a year's rent. Dont mind writing a check for the other year's rent, payable within 6 months.

Pls help. Very urgent
