A Brazilian icon is going home.
Two-time FIFA World Player of the
Year Ronaldinho announced
Saturday, on his personal Twitter
account, that he's returning to the
country of his birth, signing a deal
with Fluminense.

For a true artist with the ball at his
feet, it's no surprise the artwork
accompanying his announcement
was aesthetically pleasing.

The 35-year-old attacking midfielder
- a World Cup, Champions League,
and Copa Libertadores winner over
his esteemed career - was released
by Mexican side Queretaro last
month, leaving him free to move to a club of his choosing.

The Brazilian last showcased his
dizzying dribbling skills in his home
country when he played for Atletico
Mineiro - helping the club win the
Copa Libertadores in 2012. His new
club welcomed Ronaldinho shortly
after he announced the deal himself.

Fluminense will represent
Ronaldinho's eighth stop during his
professional career - and provides
some added intrigue, given that he
previously spent time back in
2011-12 with the club's hated rivals,
Flamengo.

Star actress, Funke Akindele rode a bicycle to church on Sunday due to the fuel crisis in the country. This is according to her post on the social media.

Nigeria has been brought to a virtual standstill by fuel shortages, caused by a row between the outgoing government and importers, as well as strikes by petrol tanker drivers and oil and gas workers.

Despite being Africa’s biggest oil producer, petroleum products have to be imported to Nigeria because of a lack of functioning domestic refineries.

The government keeps the price at the pumps below the market rate for consumers and pays the difference to importers and marketers.

But they say they are owed $2 billion in arrears and have shut fuel depots until the balance is paid.

The government maintains the money has been paid and the importers are holding the country to ransom by demanding losses from the slump in the naira currency caused by the global drop in oil prices.
