Monitor the daily social conversation of our clients, other brands, teams and influencers to engage with the clients and gauge social media sentiment
Maintain content calendar to ensure promotion of appropriate team-related content, events, marketing efforts, programs and sponsorship activations
Answer inbound clients messages through social media to ensure fast and high level customer service.
Maintain up to date analytics and assist with creating various reports

MINIMUM SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Strong writing and editing skills
Prolific user of social platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Reddit, Pinterest and more
Photo and video editing skills are a huge plus, including moderate experience using Photoshop and Adobe Creative Suite
Experience in social analytics tools, including Google Analytics, Twitter Analytics and Facebook Insights
