If you have not tampered with the Inverter or asked anyone to tamper with it by opening the Inverter for any reason, you can send the Inverter to our offices at 79 Adeniyi Jones Avenue, Ikeja, Lagos with proof of purchase (Proforma Invoice & Receipt) and we will be glad to have our Engineers look at it.

If the Inverter is found faulty and still under limited warranty meaning if it was purchased within the past 12 months, a fee of N22,500 + 5% VAT per component damaged will be needed for repairs and you will be responsible for collecting repaired Inverter from our premises at 79 Adeniyi Jones Avenue, Ikeja, Lagos.
If Inverter was purchased over 12 months ago, then the cost of repairs (From N37,500 + 5% VAT) will be communicated to you, if found faulty.

I have using Swift network for over 5 years now? In fact since the time of wimax. I abandoned them when I got another cheaper network. Recently a friend encouraged me to try them again. I paid 8k for 5pm to 9am service with data volume of 68GB. I realised since that I just wasted my money. Since I was reconnected, the service has been going from bad to worse. See the screen shot of the speed. That is 4g. For me this is edge speed. This is heart of lagos, Festac town.

It can't be NIPOST, I have had a case like this. I ordered a tv box from AliExpress, just to get delivery of some bangles in Nipost, I quickly activated the dispute link on my order, AliExpress investigated and paid me back. The only is that it will take time. Just activate the dispute and follow the instructions.

The CBN governor lacks basic understanding of taxation, once this his proposal is implemented, people will automatically reduce their call duration thereby affecting both the present VAT and the corporate tax. If they have access to your phone parts, they would have fixed it long ago. You should understand that.

I think it's unfair to treat this guy comment, even if the phone is =N=1, yudala would have incorporated the warranty fees in the cost. By the way, the company was not under any pressure to sell with warranty. Most Nigerian sellers deceive people with the so call warranty. I have to use a lawyer to get the AC I bought from cash and carry replaced after the item packed up just 2 months into use. My brother, get a lawyer and write them, me, I can spend 100 naira to get back my 500 naira that is illegally taken from me.
