To quality to sell or park with Afternic, you need to pay for premium membership, it not they may close the account after some time. These the two possible reasons your account was closed.

cameronese: Nigerian address doesn't affect sales negatively after all Escrow is there to do the transaction magic though people could be sentimental at times but over all it doesn't affect. I only used USA address once and that was in 2007 when I entered domain newly and having difficulty in making payments. I have been using Nigerian addresses for more than five years now and have sold hundreds of domains.

Your emphasis should be on the quality of your domain, not the address. ICAAN considers it illegal if you use inaccurate information in your domain registration. Use your Nigerian address nothing do you!

Except you have the exact phrase, Registering Trend domain in "Vertical" is the easiest way to loose money because they always end up in the scrap heap. I will give you guys some tutorials on qualities that make good domains later.

cameronese: Yeah, it is very good to keep your eyes simple especially when you are new in Domain Business. In fact your target at this point in time should be on domain you can just sell for 100 bucks that's a good gain and it will help you gain confidence and the needed resources in the business. Yes, I do develop some of my domains before selling. The 2011 Donainfest (Europe meet) in Barcelona emphasized greatly on Domain development - it was develop, develop, develop! I started developing 3 of my premium domain names after I returned from the fest.

My prayer is that some of you guys get to mature in this business and begin to go places and network with brilliant minds and professionals in the business, then you have a lot waiting for you to learn.

cameronese: It all depends on the quality of the domain you intend to sell. I've turned down $80,000 offer for Constative.com because what it stands for and what I intends to use it for far outweighed the price. There are some domain names that if you sell them cheaper, you just wasted them. Wealth.com it currently for sale and the asking price is $5MILLION. You can't expect the owner to sell it $100,000 or even $1m because it was registered for $10
