@deebaby05 Did you actually went for the DNA test or they only asked if he was willing do? We had the same experience when we applied for automatic naturalization for my son. After their thorough investigations, we were asked to go for a DNA test which we did. He got his red passport finally 13months after the application. We are now waiting for our application to be processed. Submitted 27th September.. Goodluck to us! |
@lexusgs430 Thanks so much. I'm encouraged and more relieved. |
Lexusgs430:Thanks for your response. I'm entitled to spousal visa because my Hubby is a British citizen and one of my 2 kids is a British citizen too. The one I applied with is not and she has health condition that i explained in the application we submitted. Is there any issues about health that might work against us getting a positive response from HO? |
@Lexusgs430 @joygirl2017 please I need to know if there are any chances of refusal if a dependent applicant is handicapped. I applied with my 4 years old daughter and I stated that she is unable to walk and on therapy since 2014 due to a medical condition. Please your insights in this issue is needed because i'm bothered about it. Thank you |
MrsElendu:Thanks for your response. Best wishes |
