If you don't meet target, what happens? If u meet half for instance, you will be paid half the amount. That's #25,000 for 150 cartons.
If on the contrary, you meet target of 300 a month, you are paid an additional #20,000
If you get one distributor who buys 500 cartons, you earn #100,000 immediately. You don't wait till month end. So, if you get three distributors in a month for instance, you earn #300,000 apart from the #70,000 you earn if you meet target.
