It's better you don't upgrade. I'm using Redmi note 10 and since I have upgraded I have not for once enjoyed the phone, it freeze, slow work and the dual space is gone on the phone too, before my last 2 upgrade my phone will just go off by itself and start to flicker at the MI logo. Currently, my phone freeze alot and even after restoring to factory settings I'm not enjoying the phone.

The battery doesn't drain abnormally and there is an improvement. You can now use "ultra batter saver" which stops all battery draining app. But you will only have access to 6 apps

Good afternoon guys, about 2 weeks ago my brother used my "REDMI 8" for a 4hrs 30min zoom meeting, the battery was getting low after he used it and I plugged it but then after 2hrs of charging when I went back to check I noticed the battery percentage did not leave the initial percent I plugged it. He used it again last week for 4hrs 30min and same thing happened after charging for almost 2 hours.

I have stopped him from using my phone for zoom meeting. Now it happened again I charged it for almost 2 hours again and it didn't leave 38%.

Please what do you think is wrong with the phone and what do you think I should do.

NOTE: the phone is just 3 months old, I am worried.

Right now the battery is at 18% and I want to use it till 0% so I can charge from 0.

I haven't drained the whole battery before.
And I have restarted the phone many times when the issue occur it doesn't change. I just pray it switch to normal after draining the whole battery
