Hi AY, when i posted my experience you were sounding somehow, i am concerned because i am about to make another purchase. now i'm scared, like i said earlier, 1 gave 1.50M to a cotonu dealer like you (Yinka Adedeji, now at large) for a car that cost a total of 1.150M and i got the car 5 months later after a legal battle. my brother i experienced what we called stress.finally i spent an additional 260k for lawyer, the police, accomodation severally, trannsportation from PHC to Abeokuta frequently and what have you.
The advertisement messages is always very sweet, the implimentation is hell. my people,with my plan to buy another car, is it still reasonable to patronise the same people?

I will continue to be advicing all potential car buyers to be buying Lagos cleared cars, don't become a cotonu rout victim like me, everything about cotonu and their so call delears is fake, i came all the way from Port-harcourt, went with a thief that was parading himself as a car dealer to cotonu, picked a car of my choice and made 95% of payment of the total cost of the vehicle. we came back to nigeria together with the promise that a crosser will bring the car to Abeokuta for me to do all the registration before returning to Port-harcoutr. my people, to cut the story short, it took another five months for me to get the car. It was a very big problem, i always traveled between Port-harcourt and Abeokuta, regularly taken permission in my office, i even took the case to a court of law. At last i spent more than double of what the car would have cost me if i had bought a Tincan cleared in Lagos.

Buy your car in Lagos, be warned.

Holluwai, i actually percived the dead rat as well, cotonou people in action again, i was once their victim. they have a very good adverticement method, but once you kick-start a deal with them, one year you are still on it. Cotonou patronage? over my dead body, i will not even allow my enemy to patronise the so called cotonou dealers.
