Yes am interested and i stay in Benin, i have been to banks and oda organization they it like crazy

Strongbest: Happy weekend. I trust the weekend is fun filled.

I feel I should share this with us. This might not be for everybody though, but for the few serious minded ones here.

Just about 2 weeks ago, I spoke to an organisation about hand sanitiser, beyond my intention and to my surprise - the deal has been such a great one. Who knows how long this is going to last? Just in a week, the deal has been very cool. I could go on and enjoy this alone but common, I don't have a big company of my own yet (happening soon though), I simply operate from my apartment for now, Smile. Also, to even note that I'm not everywhere and can't probably meet all the demands brought about this idea. That's not to also say everybody should go into it, that's why I'm going to limit it to just few people from different locations.

Assignment

This assignment is for the few people that will like to do this business.

Please, kindly work into any etisalat office, bank and any other offices to find out if they are using hand sanitiser. If yes, get back here to indicate your interest.

I will give you all the information you need to carry out this business, I mean, professionally. Don't worry, I have my SPIN Certificate. Will let you know how that's going to cover for you by just obeying my simple instruction.

This is not going to be free and I don't know how much I'm going to charge yet but trust me, it won't pinch you.

So, keep your interest coming.

Strongbest

Thanks.

hello, for d mounds, u can u wood or metal sheets. Dot use aluminum because it can cause a chemical reaction with ur soap n spoil it,
NOTE... U should put nylon sheets in ur mould b4 u pour d soap in it so as to make it easy to remove d soap wen it is solidified

Juliana7: Hi sir, thanks for the info, sir, in ur i for 2 adding of chemical and water stuff. The formulation is less 0.5 and less, are u saying we discard the remain stuff becos 1for2 ingredient is more than what u eventual use to make d soap
hello . Sorry for d late response.
Ps am not saying that. I just used a little amount for d purpose of illustration. U can still use the remaining solution. U can store them in containers. Ps use glass bottles for caustic soda solution.

Formutation.
PKO ...... 1litre
caustic soda solution .... 0.5 litres
soda ash solution ..... 0.4 litres
sodium sulphate solution 0.2 litres
calcium carbonate ...... 1/4kg
perfume ....... To taste
colour ....... To taste

process or step

pour ur PKO (palm kernel oil) in ur mixing bowl or drum.
Add ur caustic soda solution and stir the mixture, u would notice an emulsion forming, just continue to stir.
Next is to add ur soda ash, sodium sulphate, calcium carbonate, perfume and colour. U should not waste much time when adding the chemicals.
With d solution still in liquid form, pour it into ur mould and leave for like 8 hours for it to solidly, don't dry under d sun.
NOTE: u should place nylon sheets in ur mould so that it would b easy for u to remove d soap from d mould.

When ur soap is strong enough, take it out ur soap cut in to shapes

The next step is to prepare d chemicals.
A. Caustic soda solution
dissolve caustic soda in water in ratio 1:2 i.e. 1kg in 2litres of water in a container. Leave the solution for about a day for proper fermentation. Then gauge the solution with d hydrometer. The reading should be 1250-1275

B. Soda Ash.
Soak soda ash in water in ratio 1:2 and gauge at 1200-1225, leave solution for at least a day like d caustic soda

C. Sodium sulphate.
Soak in water and gauge at 1275
now in dis case u don't need to ferment as u can use d solution immediately.
Stay tuned
