Here are few things that worked for me:

Here is thing I normally do use LE, then use CB for authentic email. The more CB email you got, the better.

I outbound from 8pm to 6am. Almost all my sales drop at night.

Use a very crafting sales letter with subject, then follow up like you know what they're thinking.

Most follow up are majory 3 times in a week. Just like aggressive outbound.

You would get, reply, someone demanding questions or another name, clear their doubt...

Please bosses, I registered this domain VacationRentalsKentucky.com but it seem it has been registered by someone else before me yet Epik still registered it for me as a fresh registration

Because, I have been trying to list it but to no avail. Also when I checked it I saw different lander of the domain on Sedo with a different price different from what I had entered on epik where I registered this domain.

I picked this name because of a sole end-user. I tried outbound to them but no response.

Last two months when the domain is about to expire, one of the employees of the that particular company came with $100 offer, counter with $3500 with an option of negotiation. But she kept mute, two weeks after, I reached out to her that I'm opened to an offer, then she came with $150.

I told her she isn't a serious buyer and if she wants domain name for her company badly, she should go and hand reg one for $10. Kinda being rude with my response.

Fast forward, I renew the domain late last month, offer $1500 came barely a week after renewal, accepted, the rest is history......
