U attempted to fund using a one time top up account and u were meant to send the exact amount u requested to that account which u didn’t. That money will take time to reflect but u will see ur money. They already sent out multiple emails to customers advising against sending the wrong amount to one time top up accounts. Next time use your NGN account to fund, this way u can send any amount u want. Well, u can message them on twitter tho or wait till tomorrow, they’ll reply you.

This happened on 22nd of this month and I sent them a message that day with screenshot, bank statement for that day. Also specified the account number I sent the money too , but no reply

Have been sending reminders too

Sent #2050 instead of the #2070 I chose and the money didn't reflect in my balance

It was the receipt and the test description slip I gave the lab scientist and everything was done appropriately.
