Please I have a client who have a mini estate and supply generator power to all of the building but the problem now is that some don't want to pay for the use of the generator power though with a fix price for every flat some are like I don't have many appliances so my pay so be have of what am charge for so I want to put a meter in all of the houses but need who can program and write a software so as to enable my client make money and be able to maintain the generator please any one with idea or can handle this situation in the house should dm thanks
