pls. all i need a 2 bedroom flat anywhere around agege, iju-rd, ishaga, oko-oba, fagba or ogba environs the flat must have the following:
1. A neat compound with gate
2. A working bore hole system
3. Access-able road To and From apartment
4. No landlord leaving on premises
5. Pay and pack-in condition
6. No outstanding PHCN Bills to clear

my total budget is 300k and that is all I have
