Wow! That’s a hot topic, but the responses to it are not so hot. Here is what people think.

1. Can I really know if my friend is going to Hell? Would that not be judging my friend? Well, the scripture does not leave us confused. Jesus made this question absolutely easy to answer. Jesus is the way! I’m sorry, you can know if your friend is going to Hell by checking the way He’s on. We are commanded not to judge with logs in our eyes, but first remove the log, so we can see clearly (Matt 7:1-5). We are however commanded to judge with righteous judgement (John 7:24)

2. What if my friend professes Jesus as Lord? Does it mean he won’t go to Hell? Well, Hell is for professors too. Jesus considers it mockery to call Him Lord and not obey His commandments. We are not judged based on what we profess, we are judged based on what we do in obedience to Jesus’ commandments. What kind of Lord commands only your lip service and not your actual submission. We must not make him into a Comedy Lord. (Matt 7:22-23, Luke 6:46)

So, now that we have established we can know if our friends are likely going to hell. What do we do about it.

1. Maintain our lane - After all what’s your business. It’s their choice isn’t it, and it’s just that they will perish for eternity, it’s not really a big deal. They can still enjoy a good life on this side of life. You better not be thinking this way!

2. Do all we can to warn them - We were once like them, save for God’s saving grace and someone who didn’t give up on us, is the only reason we see. It’s the gift of God, we can do all we can, to share the message with our friends, so they don’t miss out.

But beyond your natural inclinations to maintain your lane or share with your friend, there is something extra that you should consider when deciding what to do.

“But the cowardly, unbelieving, abominable, murderers, sexually immoral, sorcerers, idolaters, and all liars shall have their part in the lake which burns with fire and brimstone, which is the second death”

Revelations 21:8 identifies the 8 character traits that are hell bound, and guess the first one? The cowardly! What does this mean?

It means not telling your friend wins you a bonus ticket! Not standing up for Christ wins you a free entry. Being too shy, too reserved, or minding your business and maintaining your lane is a required character trait for being thrown into the lake of fire.

Who is cowardly?

1. Anyone who refuses to witness because of the consequences
2. Anyone who sees Jesus reputation being abused and keeps quiet
3. Anyone who maintains their lane when they should rescue the perishing
4. Anyone who recoils from persecution
5. Anyone who denies Jesus with silence or verbally
6. Anyone who sees what he knows is clearly false about Jesus and passes by steadily saying, I don’t want trouble.
7. Anyone who makes his christian faith private. They are christians, but it’s not official on Facebook or twitter.

Anyone who makes a habit of living like the above is cowardly. Do I mean they would go to Hell? No, I don’t mean it. I simply read it in the Bible and I believe it’s true. Remember, the second category of those who will not miss Hell are the unbelievers - people who read what is in the bible and don’t believe it!

God has never for once asked us to pay tithe, read the whole Deut 14: 22- to end

Tithing Principles
22 “You shall truly tithe all the increase of your grain that the field produces year by year.
23 And you shall eat before the Lord your God, in the place where He chooses to make His name abide, the tithe of your grain and your new wine and your oil, of the firstborn of your herds and your flocks, that you may learn to fear the Lord your God always.

24 But if the journey is too long for you, so that you are not able to carry the tithe, or if the place where the Lord your God chooses to put His name is too far from you, when the Lord your God has blessed you,

25 then you shall exchange it for money, take the money in your hand, and go to the place which the Lord your God chooses.

26 And you shall spend that money for whatever your heart desires: for oxen or sheep, for wine or similar drink, for whatever your heart desires; you shall eat there before the Lord your God, and you shall rejoice, you and your household.

27 You shall not forsake the Levite who is within your gates, for he has no part nor inheritance with you.

If I give you fuel for your car, it's so that your car can move! When you car moves, it will make sounds! The purpose of the fuel is not so that you car will make sounds, it's so that your can will move. If technology advances and cars do not make noise anymore, I will not say there is no fuel until it stops moving. Is that clear?

When did we replace the purpose of the Holy Spirit's baptism which is meant to be to embolden and fire up our witness for Jesus, with speaking incoherent rants? When did we prefer the noise to the witness? The purpose of power is to carry out all that is required for effective witness. The Logo was a tongue of fire - Convicting communication, the result was a strong message that got people to repent, the manifestation was diverse - from speaking in other languages to speaking in tongues.

If 10% of acclaimed "Spirit Filled" believers were truly spirit filled, then the book of ACTS would happening all around us. Reading the book of ACTS this week, I am persuaded that many people may have received the spirit of tongues.

May we never take the manifestation and leave the substance in Jesus name! Amen!

When Jesus saw his ministry drawing huge crowds, he climbed a hillside. Those who were apprenticed to him, the committed, climbed with him. Arriving at a quiet place, he sat down and taught his climbing companions. This is what he said: “You’re blessed when you’re at the end of your rope. With less of you there is more of God and his rule.” (Matt 5:1-3 MSG)

1. Jesus saw the crowds, and moved away from the crowd. We see the crowd, see the money and move towards the crowd.
2. Jesus saw the crowd following him to where it’s easy to meet with him, he decides to climb a mountain or hillside to make it more difficult so only the committed will follow. We see the crowd, and build bigger venues and more comfortable seats to accommodate the uncommitted.
3. Jesus saw the multitudes, but his primary interest were his disciples. We see our disciples, but our primary interest is the multitude. (Luke 12:1)
4. Jesus saw the big men in the crowd, and asked them to go sell all they have, and only then come and follow him as his disciples. We see the big men in the crowd and ask them to come as they are, and give to the ministry. (Luke 18:22)
5. Jesus saw the crowd hungry, called his disciples together and gave the crowd bread, then the next day chased them away by offering them the eternal bread. We see the crowd, collect their bread, and next day we offer them IVs to invite their friends. (John 6)
6. Jesus saw the crowds physically following him, and told them that if they really want to be his disciples they should let go of their loved ones, carry an instrument of torture and death in their minds and follow him. He told them that physical following is not following, but that following him is costly and they would indeed lose their lives. (Luke 12:25-34). We see the crowds physically following us, we assure them that they will never suffer, in fact they will enjoy and will be in vogue because following us (certainly not Jesus) is Hip! It’s a better life all round we tell them, they make it in his life, and then make it to heaven. The only cost is Tithes, offerings and sometimes first fruits.

If you notice, I put we there, so that you don’t think it’s a self righteous writer pointing fingers. I examine and Judge myself, so that God’s judgements doesn’t come suddenly! If Jesus is our standard, and our commitment to him God’s law! Then most of the people who preach in His name need to explain who they are following! If you follow these men, you will be judged with them. We all have the opportunity to follow Jesus or follow men. Jesus said if you are not for me, you are against me! (Matt 12:30)

It's another Sunday! If it was not going to be a positive day can it at least be a neutral day? I fear not! If the percentage of people on the wrong path is anything to go by, then more harm happens on Sunday's than good.

Many churches will meet today, most of them synagogues of Satan! You will not identify them by their Charisma or lack of it. You will not identify them by how exciting their messages sound or the lack of it. They are best decoded if you are close enough to see their fruits, but on the pulpit where they preach, if you truly love the truth and are discerning you will know. The chances that you will know if you have worshiped there for long however is 0.01%.

To the church in Smyrna, Jesus says, “I know your afflictions and your poverty—yet you are rich! I know about the slander of those who say they are Jews and are not, but are a synagogue of Satan” - Rev 2:9

Tell tales that you are in the Synagogue of Satan!

1. Majority gathered there claim to be Jews but are not (Jews - Believers in Jesus, In Love with Jesus, Disciples of Jesus Rom 2:28-29), carefully thinking about it though, you realize that 99% of that crowd is lying. Some have been saved for 5- 25yrs yet they have nobody they are discipling (Of course, people claim to be discipling their toddlers, I'm not talking about that type of fake confession). Tell me how can you be a Christian without first being a disciple? (Acts 11:26). How can you claim to be a disciple when you don't have a disciple? How can you claim to love Jesus when his surest commandment is being disobeyed?

2. For majority who worship in the synagogue of Satan, the words that prioritize Jesus, that show that materialism, prosperity and the use of God is a taboo is irritating to them. They actually go out of their way to slander those who proclaim things contrary to the messages of their gods. To the church of Philadelphia in Asia Minor, Jesus says, “I will make those who are of the synagogue of Satan, who claim to be Jews though they are not, but are liars—I will make them come and fall down at your feet and acknowledge that I have loved you” Rev 3:9

3. The messages are pleasing to the flesh. The messages are about achievement, greatness, success, prosperity, advancement. Apply the test of eternity to the message, apply the test of Jesus' glorification to the message, and you'll realize that you are in a den of robbers. God is for use, scripture is for self. God is not God in these synagogues! If you want to be great or influential, accept Jesus - what you have accepted is the Jesus that is a tool for greatness and influence. I really hope you can feel the fire beneath your seat. You are being warmed by these fires like a frog on gradual heat, oblivious to the fact that the water is boiling because the temperature did not suddenly change!

4. Your self esteem is hinged on having and becoming, not on Christ! These synagogues depress your ego! You hear the testimonies, see the lineup of cars, listen to the message, and in your heart you confess - "My time will come, this year is my year". The things that God hates - greed, covetousness, jealousy and the likes have been repackaged and rebranded into aspiration, desire and faith. You don't realize that once you have Jesus you have all things! No, Jesus has been underpriced and undervalued. Salvation looks like step 1 in a 7 step ladder where greater things are in stock. Thoughts like, I'll rather be poor and have Jesus, than be the richest man in the world without him, don't make so much sense to these gatherings. They are always quick to ask, can't I have both? No! you can't have both, you can't serve God and mammon! God wants us to love him with ALL. Read your Bible… ALL. When you love someone with ALL, there is no space for anything else. They tell you that you can be better, when you should be dead! They tell you to dream big, when the one who died for you has a dream! Jesus said in order to follow him, you must be willing to take what is dearest to you and kiss it good bye for his sake - Luke 14:33.

5. You are rich, or at least the Pastor is rich, but internally you are both poor. The bible says what is highly praised by men, is lightly esteemed by God! Those of the synagogue of Satan receive their praises from men, while the person whose approval you should really be after is God's. God's position is clear in scriptures, judgement is looming over this generation. I can hear the pastors and congregations voicing the same words the people voiced to Jeremiah! "Why is God talking like this? What did we do to deserve this?" The evil going on is difficult for those perpetrating it to discern. The Pastors are lost, and their congregations are simply going with the motions. No significant growth or development has happened in many lives for decades, but they are sucked into the social dynamics of the synagogues. In God's views, they are afflicted and poor, but before the world, they drive range rovers that are not near eternal!

Don't take my word for it, read it yourself Jer 16:9-13 " 9. God-of-the-Angel-Armies, the God of Israel, says, “Watch this! I’m about to banish smiles and laughter from this place. No more brides and bridegrooms celebrating. And I’m doing it in your lifetime, before your very eyes. 10-13 “When you tell this to the people and they ask, ‘Why is God talking this way, threatening us with all these calamities? We’re not criminals, after all. What have we done to our God to be treated like this?’ tell them this: ‘It’s because your ancestors left me, walked off and never looked back. They took up with the no-gods, worshiped and doted on them, and ignored me and wouldn’t do a thing I told them. And you’re even worse! Take a good look in the mirror—each of you doing whatever you want, whenever you want, refusing to pay attention to me. And for this I’m getting rid of you, throwing you out in the cold, into a far and strange country. You can worship your precious no-gods there to your heart’s content. Rest assured, I won’t bother you anymore.’

What was the offense of God's people - Israel? The same offence of the Church organizations today

1. We learn faith from our fathers and simply walked in their shoes without thinking. We followed our ancestors to ignore God. If I decide to mention names, the chances that your father will feature is 99.9%

2. We took our fathers acts to the next level, by doing whatever we want, whenever we wanted and refusing to pay attention to Jesus. Think about this… our testimonies are not about becoming more Christly, or growing in stature. Our testimonies are things, how we have got what we want.

3. In this slight deviation to idolatry, God says he'll so push us to our no-gods to our hearts content. Meaning we'll be lost and we wouldn't even be able find our way back anymore.

God's judgement is on the horizon. Things that worked will begin to cease to work. Listen attentively, don't be caught alive in the synagogue of Satan. Come out of her, and be separate to God! (Jer 51:45, Rev 18:4)

Wow! The church needs to hear this message. It's time to turn on our brains and seek God on an individual level. Some truths are hard to hear (read).

That's the truth my brother. When Christian goes to church they remove their brain and nothing else again.

Your Pastor has a Jet, you don't have a car, and you are giving prophet offering to tap into grace, you will end up in disgrace! (Prophet offering has a heathen origin and is used for seers and divination, it is the way of Balaam)

Your Pastor raised offering from you to build the event center, and you can't afford to rent it for your wedding, shake your head very well, your brain may be missing.

Your Pastor said giving for the school project was a kingdom project, but your children can't afford to school there and the school is now a private business. You deserve just what you are getting.

Your Pastor told you that when you give God, he will give you multiple fold back. The god your pastor is preaching must work very much like Baba Ijebu, and it fit be you! The God talked about in the Bible does no such thing!

Your Pastor shares testimony of how he empties his pocket dollars and someone gave him pound sterling! You empty yours and nobody has given you money yet? Wait for it, the call will come, though it tarry, wait for it. It should come before your funeral.

Your Pastor asks you to lift up your seed and speak to it, and send it on errand. Now tell me that's not what Native Doctors do?

Your Pastor asks you to lift up your hands and commands a blessing on all in Church - Adulterers, fornicators, liars, thieves, frauds all alike. Read Jer 23, your pastor is a false prophet. (Jer 23:17 - read the chapter o)

Your Pastor is violating God's word and reducing your sense of need or value of Jesus Christ. You rationalize that you can be Berean and sift lies from truth. The Berean Christians were Berean with Books of Galatians, Ephesians and Philippians, not false doctrine.

Your Pastor quotes copiously from the Bible and the book of the elders, but the message is not Christ, the Cross is not visible and the cost is not defined. You are in God's temple, but in a polytheist gathering - Many god's on display.

Your Pastor is teaching you that the word works, and literally teaches you how to use God's word and how to use God to get what you want. (1 Cor 10:14) Run!!

I didn't mean to insult your pastor! Nothing is wrong with your pastor, you are the one who will read this, shake your head in affirmation and keep going back there every Sunday. Of course, not because of the message, but because you are really there to meet your friends and eke out another deal. Church looks alive, but Church Is dead.

Imagine for one minute that, that your man of God is going to an eternity in Hell, where will you end? Many of us have followed men astray, and we don't even know it.

You can’t whisper something in private, and preach another thing in public!

Don’t be bluffed into silence or insincerity by the threats of religious bullies. True, they can kill you, but then what can they do? There’s nothing they can do to your soul, your core being. Save your fear for God, who holds your entire life—body and soul—in his hands!

Did you ever read those words in your Bible? Luke 12(MSG)!

I have always read this portion of the Bible without seeing clearly what Jesus was commanding here. Jesus was saying, don’t merely whisper between friends and those you are discipling that leading G.O’s in this nation have become idols, shout it at the rooftop! Don’t merely comment in whispers that many who read this are worshiping their Bishop and would be incapable of discerning truth, say it publicly on facebook. Jesus is saying in this chapter that it’s hypocrisy when you know the truth and are afraid to share it! Jesus says to make it clear that the whole bunch of prosperity preachers are using God for things, and the message of God will prosper you, give you progress in your career and children if you haven’t gotten one is really God for personal use – a variant of idolatry and harlotry. Jesus says these words should not be mere whispers, they should be bold declarations!

Jesus makes it clear that the reason we’ll not to do this is because we are afraid that these men and their men can kill us with their words and with personal attacks. Jesus says the fear is founded; they can kill those who speak truth. From the blood of Abel to the blood of Zechariah, who was killed between the altar and the sanctuary, those who represent truth have their paths cut out! If they can kill you however, they can’t do more than that, and guess what, God won’t even allow you to be killed until He’s done with you.

Jesus is looking for people who will stand up for him before men! Are you standing up for him? Do you know that those who listen to some of these “men of God”, are literally being poisoned and would ultimately die and perish? Do you know that false doctrine is a matter of life and death? Have you read Jesus’ commandment about what to do when next you go to Church and your pastor begins to make Prophetic declarations about blessings and progress and what God can do for you?

The Bible says quite clearly – 1 Cor 10:14 (MSG) “whenever you see people reducing God to something that can be used or controlled, get out of their midst as fast as you can”. This means if you are truly a child of God intending to worship God, you really should have left your current church by now if the constant message is what God has done, and what he can do, outside of saving you and you becoming more like Christ. Please note, I’m not asking you to run to the church I pastor, no! Run home! Run to your Bible and seek someone who will disciple you. Someone whose life and words model Jesus Christ. Don’t say I don’t know what I’m saying, just go to YouTube and listen to what most revered pastors at different camps and venues are saying, and tell me if what you hear is Christ, His Cross, The Cost, and Repentance.

Please don’t take my words for it, Read Luke 12 with an open mind! If by these words I speak in defense of Christ, then your anger against me will be answered by Christ as he stands up for me before his angels. We live in a generation where Christ is constantly put to shame! We gather in his name but not about him, it’s about things! Our testimonies betray our true values – Car dedication, house dedication, – ridiculous things! We testify about how we have cornered the worlds goods, how we have choked the love of the father. We glory in the things that should bring us shame! How can we be proud of mere monuments, buildings and sitting capacities?

If so many people need to listen to us every Sunday is that not a sign of failure of our main assignment by Jesus Christ? I have a few people I’m discipling with my wife (Less than 24) and praying for them all is so daunting I’m pleading that God raise people who can take some of them off me. How a Pastor can sincerely obey the scriptures and be personally responsible for 100 people is a miracle that beats me! When 1,000 people gather together every Sunday and less than 15 of them are discipling people (please not mentoring, discipling – one makes them like you, the other makes them like Christ), is that not a cause for worry and shame? Yet we prefer to whisper the messages, we don’t want to offend the followers of men, Jesus can wait? No way!

Jesus did not come to bring peace! He came to start a fire, and how he longs for the fire to start! Jesus came to disrupt and confront, to change everything! (Luke 12:49-53). Jesus is not becomes a reason for contention. Either we see him correctly and agree, or we don’t and disagree. What Jesus changed with the Pharisees, the world has gradually returned to! From Catholic to Protestant to Pentecostals we have witnessed different revivals, and have watched those revivals cool down into God for sale as rosary, handkerchief, oil, combs and so on. We have witnessed the building of lives exchanged for the building of monuments. We have watched God’s will thwarted into man’s agenda.

Repent, the Kingdom of God is at hand] ! God’s judgment is coming both on the Shepherds and those who hang around in disobedience against God’s words. God is done with the House of Saul, even though he’s there for 13 more years. Israel’s prophets continue to prophesy, long after God has told them anything. There is a change of guard – truth must be published beyond whispers! You are welcome to like, share or take a swing at me, Jesus or the Holy Spirit.
