Spyder, u promised to post cost of building as it progressed, but u haven't. Pls share d cost, materials and quantity used for d building. I am about commencing a twin bungalow in p/h & my builder says I can use gravel (3/ instead of granite for d pillars, blinding, german floor & lintel since it is a bungalow. Pls what's ur opinion? Pls reply urgently.

@usbcable & babes99: have you now gotten your plot allocation for Pentagon's property at Mowe/Ofada axis? As am yet to get my plot allocation for a plot which I bought from Pentagon in the Mowe axis.

I recently had a building plan drawn for me and about to proceed with the foundation. I specified to the builder (who also arranged for the drawing) that it was the recommended septic and sewage tank design in the plan I would like constructed. He didn't seem to understand the specifications in the plan & said thosa specifications were only used to get the needed plan approval & was not required during the actual construction. He didn't seem to understand the concept of Baffle wall, etc in the diagram. I immediately halted commencement of the building until I can ascertain that the builder is competent.
Please is there no standard for Septic and Sewage tank construction? If there is, what is the standard? Please help.

Please, I wonder if you av any insight into this issue: my husband paid for a plot in Mainland Garden, mowe; owned by Pentagon real estate as well as the survey fees as far back as 2009, but till date a plot has not been allocated to us. Anytime I call them they keep telling me that they are working on it. Are they genuine or are they just deceiving me?

Seun, thanks so much for the post on registration of trademarks. As a contribution, i came across a website of a law firm: WizeCounzel Law firm. They are intellectual property attorneys and are involved in Trademark registration and copyright protection. They have quite an extensive write up on the process of registering a trademark. Before i was considering handling the process of registering my trademark on my own, but from the discussion so far i think it will be best i do it through an expert. A word of advice though, be careful with all whom you transact with through the internet because there are a lot of fraudsters out there.
