But the schools I want doesn't necessarily need supervisor before applying. Thanks a bunch ,I just hope everything works out before the deadline. I'm also thinking of doing another Masters if the transcripts are not ready by then...what do you think? do I have chance?

Hello gurus in the house. I'm new here !!please I need your advise because right now I'm confused. Have finished my masters here in Nigeria but I'd don't have my certificate yet. I wish to do my PHd immediately after my Masters in Canada and the deadline for applications is January 15. And the possibility of getting my certificate by then is 4/10. Please my bro/sis in the house what should I do..?
P.s : PhD in Canada is for fall 2021 if I miss this chance that will be 2022(fall) again. What should I do please?
