What you mean? POSTNL was the carrier used to deliver my missing mobile phone, through AliExpress.

No different tracking number but was same the carrier postnl

Does it carry the same tracking number?

Yes I did a video at the post office before opening, I also had to leave the package there.

I assume you did a video recording of the parcel while unboxing it, because that serves as a good evidence for the dispute, in case AliExpress requests for it.

That said, next time you're ordering an expensive phone directly from AliExpress, tell seller you don't want the item declared as mobile phone, but something else. This is for security purposes.

No official documents was given from Post office the receptionist was the person that helped me in making a video when I was opening the parcel, he reported the situation to his boss so she can write to the airport office, from the seller point of view the parcel was tampered with, the seller is an official store on AliExpress, I'm just frustrated and confused I'm tired mentally ATM. And this was my first time with postnl thought it was gonna be speedaf.

Update on my parcel.
Went to my local post office this morning my package was there I signed and opened the parcel there I discovered my package "phone worth $800+" wasn't inside, instead someone else parcel "drug" was inside.. already opened a dispute on AliExpress waiting for Thier response, I believe it might have been stolen in customs clearance.

Speedaf is usually fast. I ordered an expensive phone and got it in 13 days but orders handled by PostNL?
God, you'll need to include fasting and prayer before you see your package collect. even the tracking is anyhow.

Not yet but I'm reckon I'll be called for pickup today. Will update if I get the package today.

No was postnl and it took 21 days before it got cleared from customs clearance, speedaf usually doesn't take much time, I'm reckon the issue is from customs, just exercise more patience.

That shouldn't take more than 24hrs, all things being equal. Thereafter, the parcel'd be dispatched to the Central Post office in your city.

If you're in Lagos, there's a possibly of you picking the item a day after the inspection, depending on the effectiveness of the PO in your area.
