In my view, this project if actually completed will compliment Lagos, by creating another industrial hub and modern city around Warri Environs. It will help in relieving congestion and job opportunities for our people. Beside in 2014 President Jonathan in 2014, went there to commission the Gas Revolutionary and Industrial Park. Warri, Port Harcourt and Uyo are in Strategic location that makes them appealing for massive industrial project, this is supported by the abundant amount of oil and gas in their environs.

I don't think anyone has to fear that the development of these areas would mean Lagos would collapse, rather they are suppose to work in synergy with Lagos. This is why the Coastal highway initiated by President Tinubu linking these cities is a welcome development,

So why taking so long and even abandoned?? You think no one thinks development in those area would mean Lagos collapse??

Dare them to open other ports and give it equal rights as that of lagos

6th state for southeast is not all about Orlu and some parts of Anambra I think that Hon Ugochinyere rushed that bill without due consultation with stakeholders.There are other parts of Igboland who are eagerly craving for a new state.Anambra is smallest state in southeast in terms of landmass and shouldn't be divided any further.

I no dey even bother myself cos it's never possible to remove even a plot of land from Anambra state.

No se state must be divided for the 6th state, it must come from Anioma, Adada or ikwerre or we remain as we are.

The same reason Anambra State university in Uli was transferred out because our other side of Anambra knew that Uli and some areas in Anambra south used to be part of Orlu. How many federal government development projects do we have in Anambra South? Why little or even none?

If you create Anioma State for the SE zone, it worsens the political underrepresentation in Abuja for Ndiigbo.
The reason they ask for sixth state in the SE is mainly to increase political representation for Ndiigbo.
Abakaliki is the main block of Ebonyi state which was cut off from Enugu state now left with Enugu and Nsukka.
The 6th state for the SE zone must come from Anambra and Imo States, or from any of the two states.

Why would any saner person create Adada as state whereas Imo and Anambra States still has Onitsha, Awka and Nnewi areas, Imo state still have Owerri, Orlu and Okigwe areas?

Land mass is not considered when creating state.
