Orlu senatorial district is many times less developed than the area in your proposed Anioma State.
Demand for Njaba State, now called Orlu State, was there before IBB created Delta state with Asaba as capital; before Anioma and Adada demands for state.
Ohaneze NdIgbo which knows better the history of Igbo land and history of state creation in Igbo land adopted Njaba State, now renamed Orlu state, as the 6th state in the SE during the National Political Reforms Conference in 2006. Njaba State was about to be created before then Senate president, Nnamani, unconsciously discarded the baby with the bathtub in a hostility against 3rd term for Obasanjo.

Enugu, Nsukka and Abakaliki senatorial zones were in Enugu State when Abakaliki zone was cut out of Enugu State for Ebonyi state.
Nsukka people asking for Adada state lost it when Abakaliki was cut out of Enugu State. No saner person can divide Enugu State again to get Adada state while Imo and Anambra states remain the same.
The senators from the SE zone are asking for a merited sixth state in the SE zone. A new state cut from Imo and Anambra states, or a new state from Imo gets it. Orlu senatorial zone made up of 12 LGAs and most underdeveloped part of Igbo land gets the nod for a 6th state in the SE
