I really hope this is the right place to pose this question. I found out by searching through the forum that areas like Woji, Elekahia, Stadium area, are quite exorbitantly priced. What I couldn't figure out was where the reasonably priced areas for two bedroom apartments are. We are not talking outright trashy places, though.
Please, if you reside in PH and can give info on this, maybe based on recent house hunting or as a professional in property rents,kindly reply.
