Thats how bad stories start. @PeoplesArmy has asked if there is a soil test report that should be the basis for any building structural design in that Isheri north area and he has not answered. Many houses in that area are tilted to one side or the other due to "settling" and the flooding in some parts can be terrible when it rains. Its better to loose a N100 than a N1000.

Pls, help me with the name of that type of foundation beside is there any Raft foundation without ground beam and your so call Raft foundation described is called Cellular Raft.
However, if a plot of land or more in dat area have low soil bearing capacity doesn't mean every other places there will and for your information some part of Isheri North GRA are normal stable land.

Yeah, German floor not included but the cost depends on the length, width and height of the foundation.
The picture You saw was a combination of duplex and 3bedroom flat, so say 2.5m for each.
