Politics › Re: Amupitan Must Go If He Doesn't Produce The Copy Of The Court Order by boxypane: 7:56am On Apr 07 |
Naijahero1: You're diverting the discussion. We're talking about INEC saying they're acting based on court order. Is the memo from court? INEC does NOT need a court order in this context, do they? The judgement of the court is there for all to see, INEC also have lawyers who are paid to do such, and my post on the memo justify the fact that the David Mark n co executive should have been disqualified a long time. |

Naijahero1: I will create more. Anyone that supports evil government won't end well. You still don't understand, nobody is happy with the current situation of things in the country, more airing a contrary view to yours does not mean one supports the current government... What you need is to put emotions aside and try see what we are saying. |

Politics › Re: Amupitan Must Go If He Doesn't Produce The Copy Of The Court Order by boxypane: 7:49am On Apr 07 |
Naijahero1: I hope you understand what you've written. Are you aware INEC can't take action without a detailed written order issued directly to it by the court with a judge signing it? Where is the copy of the judgement given to INEC? Two, return things as they were means that INEC shouldn't recognize any leadership therefore, the original leaders still maintain their positions. Note that INEC sacked both David and Aragbe showing no recognition of the leaders. Good, INEC erred and showed external influence by removing the newly elected leaders without recognizing the old leaders on their portal. So we are now asking since INEC has interpreted the court position to itself, it should provide the paper or written order signed by a judge, addressed to INEC to take the above actions. Is it a big thing to ask? Are you also aware that their is an existing memo, dated 2025, where I INEC pointed out to ADC about not been present when the new executives chaired by David Mark were selected? Contrary to the INEC laws... |
Politics › Re: Amupitan Must Go If He Doesn't Produce The Copy Of The Court Order by boxypane: 7:46am On Apr 07 |
Naijahero1: I'm not sure TInubu and his corrupt henchman, Amupitan are aware of the level of pain, anguish this evil and woebegone government has caused Nigerians and anger raging. I call on the good people of Nigeria to stop crying indoors and come out to push away the handful of evil people causing them pain and death.
How can an INEC chairman interpret court order in his way and take action without written, direct instructions from any court? So far Nigerians have been asking Amupitan to show them copy of the court order, the judge and the location of the court that gave and signed the order. If he doesn't produce them, they should send him away because he doesn't mean well for Nigerians. The man is dangerously corrupt and it's now clear APC hired him to help TInubu complete the destruction of Nigeria. You are as confused as your write up. |
