Bobrisky did out of court settlement with EFCC for money laundering case which is normal according to the law, just as Cubana Chief Priest did the same. Bobrisky paid 15million while Cubana Chief Priest paid 10million. But Bobrisky being a daft person made it seem as if she bribed EFCC to drop his case. VDM has used his daftness to nail him.
It is left for EFCC to clarify the issue.

But my top 3 in terms of management of resources and in no particular order will be Botswana, Namibia and Ruanda.

North African countries seem to be doing very well.

I think the worse in terms of management and good governance are the west African countries.

East Africa is also doing well.
