I want to ask...can one get admission twice in the same school

I'm currently studying microbiology at Unizik 200lvl and I took this year's UTME..going for medicine same unizik
Will they still admit me?

Hello Everyone.Please I need advice.I’m a 100lvl student at Nnamdi Azikiwe University Currently studying Applied Microbiology and Brewing.As things stand now,I plan to transfer to the department of pharmacy.I’m beginning to love my course given the fact that I desire to work as a technical brewer In Enugu state(As an indigene).Given the current situation in Nigeria I need advice from people who have seen Nigeria from the other side cus I don’t want to make a mistake.If I work hard and graduate with a first class by God’s grace and get my masters degree,Will I be given a good job at a brewery?Or should I go ahead and switch to the department of pharmacy?Please I need answers.Thanks
