First and foremost...latest version of blender is not 64MB...

Now, don't get discouraged when you start with blender(you will reach the stage of real discouragement later).

Before you jump into tutorials..try reading books and even if you must use tutorials, use the ones that treat blender from the scratch so that you can learn the basic controls and tools.


Dream big but don't try to run faster than your shadows...patience is key

After you've gotten the concept of the software(you'll know)..you can then start learning from tutorials...and do not make the mistakes of following them "do as I do" method...know the reason for each step and even figure a faster way of doing so..

Get registered into forums like "3D enthusiasts zone blender" here on nairaland and other great ones too..

Above all...decide if you really want to make 3D graphics and animations a passion...because I can assure you..It will require you sacrificing your time,money,fun, and others....And when you are willing...go for it like its all you have to learn...read, watch, do repeatedly.... Maybe one day you'll look back to this post you made and ask yourself.."How could I say blender was difficult"...*cheers and welcome to the community

Am a 21 yrs old school leaver,finished learning barbing after 4 years as an apprentice two months ago,graduated with a certificate of apprenticeship to back it up.
Now I just paid for and secured a decent shop in a fairly good neighbourhood,now before I could fit the shop wit funitures and electrical systems I need to first paint it.I want a two color combination of gloss paints of yellow(upper) and orange(lower),so I wish to know your opinions on if those colours will be ideal or there are better combinations you can suggest to me to make the interior attractive especially at night from outside due to potential customer who might be passing.

Na...I disagree with u on dat...D age factor is an xtra catch especially in Nigeria...cos D first 16yrs of our stay here on earth...are spent running around obtaining primary nd secondary education....with lil or no room to develop our talent....so hez achieving deze at such an early age is promising....thumbs up bro..u'r goin places....I think he can stop using d catch wen he clocks say 18.

The great citadel of learning has finally published its post-utme registration and examination schedule... And its going to be computer based test this time around..

The University of Benin (UNIBEN) POST- UTME Screening Exercise for 2015/2016 Academic Session will take place between 17th August, 2015 and 2nd
September, 2015 in designated centres within Ugbowo Campus of the University. The Screening Exercise shall be conducted using the Computer Based Test (CBT) mode . All candidates are expected
to be seated, latest one hour before the stipulated time for the screening exercise.
PLEASE NOTE: Only candidates who applied through JAMB for UTME Admission and chose University of Benin as First Choice and scored 200 and above are eligible for this Screening Exercise.
METHOD OF APPLICATION:
All applications should be done between
7.00am 4th August, 2015 and
7.00am13th August, 2015.
The procedure for the 2015/2016 PUTME
Entry Screening application is as
follows:
Visit www.uniben.edu
Candidates are advised to have a valid e-
mail account before starting the
application process.
Click on Student Portal
Click on Register for application. at the
top left of the display page to proceed.
Enter your Surname exactly as written
on the JAMB Registration slip and your
JAMB Registration Number immediately,
your ID and Password will be displayed
on the browser.
On the https://uniben.waeup.org, click
on ‘Login’ (top right of front page).
Enter your Username and the password
to login.
To start the application process, please
click on ‘ Application record’, provide all
required information and upload your
passport photograph.
Upload a RECENT and CLEAR “1x1”
COLOUR PASSPORT PHOTOGRAPH WITH
RED BACKGROUND IN JPEG FORMAT ONLY.
NOTE that the photograph uploaded will
be the only valid ID for all admitted
candidates throughout their stay in the
University of Benin. FAILURE TO
UPLOAD THE SPECIFIED PASSPORT
PHOTOGRAPH WILL LEAD TO
DISQUALIFICATION and failure/
forfeitures of admission.
To pay for the Application, click on
“Add online payment ticket” at the bottom

Maybe it will be in your best interest to know what you eat. E.g. the amount of chemicals and preservatives that are used in your noodles and spaghetti, even your everyday bread. Do a bit of research and you might not want to eat anything that is not homemade.
