As his name is, Babatunde Fowler is indeed a fowler to Nigeria. Let Nigerians know now before its too late; that this stooge is there to better his pocket and the bid of his so much thought an untouchable godfather that has been acclaimed as the force behind PMB's victory in the last general election.
1. Nigerians should know that since fowler became the FIRS boss, FIRS quarterly collection has never gone above 50%. The worst record ever in the history of FIRS.
2. Nigerians should know that this Fowler came and abandoned and destroyed the already working structure in FIRS put in place by more qualified and experienced hands than him ( Magam, Ifuoku, Mashi and Ogungbesan aka FIRS tax master) because of his selfish and personal gains.
3. Nigerians should know that Fowler came to give his boys government job and not to collect revenue for Nigeria. This man Fowler made Directors and Senior Staff redundant at the various needless regional training schools created by him and went ahead to recruit as far as new staff into directorate cadre of less than 10 years post undergraduate experience. And yet the many senior staff with better experience due for promotions to the directorate levels have been denied claiming lack of vacancies.
4. Nigerians should know that Fowler came and shelved these directors deliberately because he got intimidated and inferior bossing those that are more knowledgeable than he is, and that was why he suspended the Director of LTO Mr Ohaguwa a well respected and intelligent director-one of the brains behind the successes of FIRS over the years for just doing his work-Questioning why should a director query a taxpayer-(probably Fowler's brother). Officers II write query letters to a tax payer talk less of a Director like Ohaguwa.
5. Nigerians should know that Fowler did not only do a secrete recruitment against the standards of FIRS and Federal Character Commission, but a costly one where he camped his recruits at Merrit hotel for a 2-day induction exercise paying #500,000 per recruit of over 500 inductees as a hotel bill (#250 million). This has never been the practice of FIRS nor any government MDA to lodge inductees in a hotel on such bills. Fowler just gave our money to his crony again to collect his share through the back door later.
6. Nigerians should know that Fowler went and fowled our long throat legislators and other executives (SFG, VP, MOF) by giving them slots of Officers I & II while he and his so called or thought untouchable godfather brought senior officers and directorate.
7. Nigerians should know that Fowler instead of concentrating on how to raise more tax revenue to the nation since assuming office has been busy trying to get hold of FIRS and make a merchandise out of it. He Fowler decided to contract out the supply of diesel and management of FIRS power source to his cronies thereby taking the job of the facility department the sole manager of FIRS power and infrastructure. Since then, FIRS has been facing power crises. Fowler stopped sending "AIE" or Impress to the field offices.
8. And Fowler had the guts to bring his Oba to the Revenue House to warn and threaten FIRS directors to desist from reporting his son to PMB else he will send them to the lagoon....hahahahahaa. The God of Nigeria is bigger than Fowler and his godfather and their Oba multiplied by infinity raised to power infinity.
9. These are few of the many sins of Fowler and more will be revealed after his demise.
10. These atrocities are committed under the noses of the preachers of Change
11. It is high time Fowler is appraised. Let him account of his stewardship for the period spent so bfar.

The 12v battery rated at 200Ah needs about 300w or 400w panel to charge the battery fully with 7 hours of sunlight a day. It means that the 4 batteries will need 1200w solar but if money is a constraint 800w can still work

Houghton is the senior worship leader at Joel Osteen's Lakewood Church. He and then-wife Meleasa founded New Breed Ministries in 1995. New Breed Ministries is comprised of noted musicians and singers who serve within their respective churches and, together, serve the church at large.
