The new phcn tarrif took effect from june 1. Please can anyone help explain the meaning of fixed charge for prepaid meter which was increased by 560%
(From N75 to N500). The main tarrif was increased from N7.30 t
o N12.5 about 70%.I will appreciate if anyone can explain what the fixed charge is used for.
