Please, I need urgent help with uploading documents for a Canada visit visa. I had previously been approved for a Canadian visitor visa, which I used to travel to Canada and return in due time. However, I recently reapplied for another visa, and it was refused because the officer was unable to read some of my documents due to excessive compression used to meet the 4MB file size limit. I want to reapply now. Under which section should I upload a letter of explanation regarding the previous refusal, and where should I upload my new SOP (Statement of Purpose)? Please advise.
