All these ones keep engaging in wishful thinking. The last time, they told us Hezbollah had agreed to consider a ceasefire without Israel ending its genocide in Gaza. But Hezbollah has not surrendered anything.

Instead, Israel invaded Lebanon in October and has been unable to achieve anything till date. Over 1000 Israeli soldiers have died in Lebanon and more are still dying.

Things are going so bad for Israel that it has refused to release its casualty rate for Lebanon.

Hezbollah has made its position clear: It will only agree to a ceasefire if Israel stops its genocide in Gaza. Anything short of that is wishful thinking and assumptions

The United Nations also bears some responsibility for this whole thing. They literally failed to enforce its resolutions after Israel's withdrawal from Lebanon, allowing Hezbollah to operate unchecked.
