*Job Vacancy: Personal Assistant to the Head Pastor & Church Administrator (Male)*

A vibrant Christian ministry located in Aba, Abia State, is seeking a dedicated, spiritual, and highly organized male professional to fill the role of *Personal Assistant to the Head Pastor and Church Administrator*.

*Key Responsibilities*

• Pastoral Support: Work closely with the Head Pastor, managing his official schedule, appointments, and daily administrative needs.

• Church Administration: Oversee the smooth running of the church office, coordinate weekly and special programmes, and manage official records and correspondence.

• Operations Coordination: Act as a central hub for church departments, ensuring logistics for events and services are executed flawlessly.

• Logistics & Driving: Handle official driving assignments for the Pastor or church administrative needs as required.

*Job Details & Work Schedule*
• Work Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (5 days a week).

• Flexibility: Must have the ability and willingness to work extra hours or weekends when church programmes and events demand it.

*Qualifications & Requirements*
• Spiritual Status: Must be a devout, born-again Christian with verifiable fruit of character and a strong commitment to the faith.

• Education: Minimum of OND in Business Administration, Mass Communication, or any related discipline.

• Communication: Must be able to speak and write fluently in English with excellent professional writing and interpersonal skills.

• Driving: Must be a proficient driver with a valid Driver’s License.

• Location:Must reside within Umule or its immediate environs in Aba, Abia State (for ease of logistics and punctuality).

• Presentation: Must possess a good dressing sense, maintaining a neat, professional, and corporate appearance at all times.
