This is the way I see it too. There was no time priority was placed on discipline.

While applying, they had said successful candidates would be posted to relevant Industry based on thier discipline. Na why I dey ask.

Some of us were quite confident we performed well.

I hope they don't send mails to spam this Time about, good thing I always check my spam mails because a lot of people actually lost This opportunity due to that.

Hopefully they won't. It's only Jobberman's mails that do end in spam. Of course, Heirs will be the one reaching out this time.

But let's keep our fingers crossed.

I feel this second stage is actually more critical, because the assessors are actually going to assess lots of people, they might even forget how others participated except if the interview was being recorded, which I doubt. Does anyone know how long this process will take and when will the assessment end.

Definitely we were being assessed on the spot. They wouldn't leave it to come watch later--that's a lot of needless work.

Also, the mail on 31st Dec. had said the recruitment exercise will last 4-5 weeks. So, latest by 1st week of February we should know our fate.

I did the group exercise on Monday. They mailed me today that I hadn't done the group exercise and ssent me a link to join. I joined the link and one of the interviewers said my stuff looked alright, but he'd verify for confirmation.

Should I be worried?

Did he verify on the spot or did he tell u to check back?

I am still wondering the criteria they will use in selecting the successful candidates. Considering how some of us have varying experiences with the interviewers. Also this process is a new assessment method and we have already seen some disorganization with the interviewers. Relatively 50 persons were interviewed throughout this process. I really want to know their criteria.

But from the group work - I noticed some group were all crammed with their views. Basically they expect you all to be able to organize yourselves and have a healthy interaction with varying views then choose the best option. There should be decorum. In this case it is advisable for someone to volunteer the organization and timing of the group; same should also contribute.

Congratulations to all prospective candidates...

50 People? In Eight days? Definitely more than that.

At least a total of 16people will be interviewed each day, combining morning and afternoon sessions. That's over 120.

Also, there was not much waiting during mine. Everything was swift and moving quickly.

If u are joining the zoom meeting with ur PC, yes. If with ur phone, u will struggle a little bit.

Nobody has been able to get any information in that regard on the internet. But I think since Heirs holding is a conglomerate with same ownership as UBA, then maybe, just maybe, the salary scale may be same as UBA. Just saying

I guess it will depend on which of the conglomerate u will be posted to. Someone in the oil and gas industry will definitely not earn same as someone in the financial institution.

I think I should draw ur attention to the fact the initial mail slated interviews for 12th to 22nd.

So I think it's risky to schedule urs for 24th.

Would be better to reschedule.

It depends on ur schedule. What's ur schedule. When do ur activities start? Don't u have any other thing before that 1:25pm?

So, something baffles me. The mail we got from Heirs said we will take a test. However, the recent mail from Jobberman schedules a competency based interview. This is rather confusing. Are they one of the same thing?

And also, who has any idea how this "interview" would be conducted. Because it seems everyone would be taking theirs same time which makes it almost impossible for it to be a live interview.

I think it's different for everyone. Mine is about a company that want to do CSR for her host Community. I'm to select which of three proposed project is the best and defend my answer.

Click the link. While it's taking time to load, click the option of opening in chrome browser.

Refresh the page until the red around mega loads completely and displays the option of download. Click on download and wait till it shows that it has downloaded 100%(this may take a lot of time). Then u can open.

That's how I did mine. On phone.

Jobberman would decide this at their own discretion for each candidate. This was stated in the last paragraph of the mail.

I just received a mail from Jobberman about the assessment in my spam. Check ur spam guys. Heard it's not everyone that's received yet though. Maybe just people who are presenting on Wednesday.
