There's high probability that it's just a briefing cos the last set got a briefing Mail after medicals. The only thing that changed with ours is that it's going to be a physical meet up.

The current set in training school, are they all for tech academy or GMAP guys were included?

Same. Seems they have started sending out medicals to those who got the executive chat mail before doing medicals. I was worried it's another elimination stage as they invited people who haven't done medicals before. Hopefully it's just a briefing/induction sort of stage since medicals is supposed to be the last stage of recruitment before offer.

Would I have to be in Lagos for medicals?

I guess you’ve done yours already. I have mine tomorrow as well. Can you hint me the kind of questions you were asked?

I think one was to tell them when I had an issue with a difficult client and how I resolved it.

Another was when I contributed majorly to a project, an idea, and the direct impact in figures it had.

Another was when an idea I so believe in was rejected and what I learnt from the incident.

I can't remember verbatim though buh. Something like that.

This was after I was asked to introduce myself.

I got the mail too and i am not in Tech. Actually a lot of us did. While those who just started TS just 2 weeks back didn't get it. Just an online briefing for them. It's well.

Oh right thanks for the clarification, didn't know Tech does two interviews. I think we should be more specific going forward now, Tech obviously will have a different timeline of activities and possibly a different Training school. The other person said he received briefing after Medical on Saturday and didn't make it clear he was in Tech making the rest of us unnecessarily anxious.

Help me bro. I just got interview invite for tomorrow. What are the likely questions? What were you asked during yours?

Alright, Anyway 15 months is just a year and 3 Months. Some banks binding rule are even longer. But the timeline from when it starts will help determine if it's favourable cause even after training school one still have to spend another 6 months to be confirmed as an ET.

I remember the penultimate question my intervewer, Gabriel, asked me was if I function well handling so many responsibilities cos should they hire me I will be doing a lot of things. I begin dey speak English thinking that was a cue.

Over 40mins those guys held me, made me believe I was shining. Omo! Thinking about it hurts.
