Larry Silverstein was the owner of the Twin Towers and he took out an insurance policy on the two buildings a month before the 9/11 attacks.

Larry also took out an insurance policy for the Burj Khalifa hotel in Dubai against acts of war.

He bought a majority 20% stake into the 7 star hotel just last November and just this February took out an insurance policy against an attack on it due to war.

The hotel was struck by missiles and drones and blamed on Iran but its now known it was Mossad/IAF who ordered the hit.
