Where is the entrance to the house in plan? How many bedrooms?

it is 4 bedroom duplex, the entrance is the 1000mm black door in the front.

sonnie10:
Have you ever tried frying something in a very hot oil and it catches fire? It a common incident in most Nigeria cooking. The flame comes with hot oil and ready to catch whatever is on it’s path.

I understand you, that design was for the dry kitchen usually for snacks and minor cooking, you can see it is small and an open kitchen, there’s another kitchen for frying and making traditional dishes which is the wet kitchen usually closed.

sonnie10:
So what material would you place in that marked area to resist the fire flame from the gas cooker?

, the only thing that would be hitting there would be steam and water vapour, and that is nothing to be worried about, if you switch on your burner you are likely to place you pot on it immediately. this has never be an issue.

Why will any one buy any used product? Is there anything that is better when fairly used than brand new? It's mostly about affordability at the moment, bro.

not for batteries in power banks, it has a limited lifespan, it degrades with time, that is why the first user wants to sell. If you buy used power banks you will be met with disappointment.

Why will anyone buy used power banks, this are devices that have limited lifespan, nobody will sell a power bank because it became too expensive to use, it's simply because the battery capacity has become weak. I am surprised that people will want to buy such.

Hahaha biggest joke of 2025

Saw this question on Facebook, Should a separate soak away be dug for bathroom water and kitchen waste? That is, a soakaway for bathroom water, and another soakaway for kitchen waste.

it depends on the location?

Thanks for your response. Does it mean I can introduce column now as am yet to fill the foundation.

yes, if you will do concrete parapet or fascia

This Mi that said he support APC because of Buhari but not anymore is the person I should listen to

diordaves:
From the photos you attached, it is apparent that the structural plans don't include columns. Now you can build a bungalow without columns but the reason columns are recommended for bungalows in Nigeria is due to the very poor quality of our blocks. The game plan is for the columns and the blocks to serve as loads bearing structural members to compensate for the poor quality blocks.

Your foundation (building) does not include columns. There is little gains to be had doing all round chaining of the foundation (plinth beams) because the blocks will bear the full load without columns. If the blocks are not up for it you may still experience cracks anyway from the load of the all round chaining. So you've not solved anything but just spent money unwisely.

Fill and backfill your foundation, compact very well preferably by the rain, time and gravity and do a 6" thick German Floor (DPC), you will be fine.

Mind you, I'm not a structural engineer. Not even close.

i perfectly know that the load from the roof can be carried by those blocks, except you want to use concrete parapet or concrete fascia then i would recommend gaeul introduces column at appropriate places.
