That’s how they sound intelligent but are actual daft. West African oil is not priced in Togo. Togo is just a point of entry for European markets. West African oil is more recently looking into pricing based in Dangote refinery and not Togo.
The price of oil in Togo has nothing to do with Dangote refinery directly and Nigeria in a larger context unless we bypass Dangote and then rely solely on foreign imports. That said, the question that guy raised is still valid. One way to know your thinking is daft is you are the only one thinking this rubbish.

I am planning of travelling to the UK for my Msc programme. My main purpose of travelling is as a means of jakpa not that I really need the Msc. I sold the land i bought in Asaba in 2018 for N22m. Our non-oil exports has reached record high, and the contribution of oil & gas to the external reserve has been less than 90% for several months. These days the naira doesn't even react to fall in crue oil price like in the past.

Why? Because under this government non-oil exports, including cocoa, fertiliser, Dangote refinery exports etc have exploded.

Since the President has not shown them any favouritism as they thought they would get under a Muslim Muslim ticket, they are suddenly economic critics. They think they can put the President under pressure.
