Subsidy has gone up. So has the budget to the NASS over the last 6 years. The increase is well over 300% as at this year’s budget. But minimum wage has remained 30k over the last 6 years. But you are here making excuses for them.

In any sane country when you kill terrorists it is expected we see pictures.
But the moment you ask for pictures you are tagged an enemy of Nigeria.

But if you ask them what is wrong in asking for pictures they will not answer that question instead they will tag you one name or the other. I’m surprised I haven’t seen them much on this thread. Seems like they are starting to use a little of their brain now.

Yes. I thought people will have political sense by now after the massive failure of all our leaders across board to solve basic issues like power, oil refineries, education, corruption etc. but we still have the suffering masses abusing each other here while benefitting nothing from the govt in spite of how the govt mocks them with their open corruption.

Take this for example. Go back to the homepage and then look two threads below this. The topic is about the massive corruption in the ministries.

If you mention tinubu you will hear idiots who will come for you. Same thing happened during Buhari era when nlpolicewoman aka mannabbqgrillz used to hail him as darling daddy even after the gandollar incident. You can see how shameless some people are.

We also saw the massive corruption in Jonathan’s time but today there are people who call him a saint.

Then you dare not castigate Obi who was caught with millions of cash. Or who invested public funds into his family business. A man who refused to pay minimum wage while governor. But there are people who believe he is the messiah.

Ask any apc supporter the significance of driving bullion vans into a house on the eve of election and you will be shocked the length at which people shun sense to support rubbish.

Again you reason funny. I am not pro-Mohbad’s father. The man hurriedly buried the boy without an autopsy and in the middle of the night. He definitely has a case to answer for that which to me makes him a prime suspect too. And if he indeed wants a dna done he must approach the court. Infact if he doesn’t then he should be questioned even further.

Some of us are neither on the side of the father or Wunmi but we can’t just sit and watch people draw foolish conclusions based on sentiments.

The problem for you people is that you’re not leaning on common sense here.

Even if DNA shows the boy is not his biological son, it doesn’t change the fact that Mohbad acknowledged the boy publicly as his son. So inheritance is not threatened. And the Wife herself remained legally married to Mohbad at his time of death so she will still remain his inheritor too.

Additionally, an adverse DNA test does not in any way implicate her in his death.

The law does not work like SuperStory, sorry to burst your bubble. Culpability in murder requires a case being established. Clearly the autopsy result and the police investigation do not implicate the wife in any way. And women who birth biological children for men historically have had no qualms killing their husbands.

But we should also ask why you people don’t feel distaste that the old man is so concerned about his son’s property that should not in any way belong to him.

I wish I had the time to pick your points one after the other. But work wont allow me. As for Mohbad’s father I said in my previous responses that he is a suspect. So how you are now insinuating in this and your last post that I’m supporting him baffles me. The way and manner he hurriedly buried his son makes him a suspect as well.

But then I give it to you. Your point about the difference btw a biological son and one who is publicly and legally acknowledged as a son is quite true. But then a case of wrong assumption based on false information can be instigated in the courts against his wife.

As for Geremi the dna results was what made him have a case.
And the mohbads father can make a case based on wrong assumption based on false information supplied to him or information concealed from him by Mohbad's wife. So a dna test will certainly alter the course of proceedings in both the court of law and the court of public opinion.

This is instead what you said .. And the above is wrong considering Jesus Christ gave no grounds for divorce because Divorce is not a sin. Grounds are only needed in the case that exceptions are necessary. Remarriage is instead where Jesus Christ gave grounds and the only case where remarriage is a not considered a sin i.e. remarriage is allowed if it followed divorce that resulted from fornication in the marriage. undecided

You seem to be silent on the Bible vs gospel issue. Don’t be proud. Just admit your foolishness in making that statement.

Now let us go to the Bible or should I say gospel passage we are referring to and see what exactly it says. Pls read Matthew 5 vs 31-32.

It says that …anyone who divorces his wife, except for sexual immorality…

Let me rephrase
…you can divorce your wife on the grounds of sexual immorality, but anyone who does so for any other reason…

Pls read all of it so you get the full context. This clearly states that there is ground for divorce and it is sexual immorality.

Let me pause so you can read that verse and telll me what it means to you so I know whether I’m wasting my time explaining to someone who can’t read and understand simple English. If Bible and gospel is confusing you then this might be challenge for you too.

Oya na. Go and force her to do DNA test grin

He cannot. He has no stake in the matter, and the paternity discussion is solely between the legal parents of the boy.

It’s like saying Wunmi can use the courts to order the man to do mental health tests since he’s been acting really weird since his son died.

She can’t. Even the courts will throw that out as a waste of judicial process since the man has no history of mental instability so far.

He has a stake in the matter. He can simply allege that she killed Mohbad to hide the fact that the boy is not his son so that she can inherit his estate. She is expected to deny this after which the court can ask for a dna test to settle the matter once and for all

Jesus Christ never said divorce is a sin in the Kingdom of God. He instead said that remarriage following divorce is where the problem potentially lies. Basically anyone who remarries after adultery is free from sin but anyone who remarries otherwise sins against God. undecided

This was what I said before you started quoting me. But that is not even my issue right now. I can let that slide since it seems you have a problem with comprehension.

Just tell me how the Bible and gospel are different as you are the one that asked why you should read some Bible when you can see from the gospel that Jesus said divorce is no sin. That’s all I need to know right now.

Again, you’re the child here. Not only is she NOT a suspect, even if the child were to not be Mohbad’s, it’s still a massive logical leap to assume that as a reason for murder.
Tell me, child. Who’s going to obtain the court order? The father of Mohbad? he cannot convince any court that that’s any business of his. Mohbad’s estate will go to the wife if there’s no will.

There is significant evidence that Mohbad accepted and celebrated the boy as his son when he was alive, so for all intents and legal purposes, the boy is his son.

You know poorly educated people when you see them post.

Loopholes everywhere.
1. She is a suspect including Naira Marley and even Mohbad’s father and Mohbad’s friends. As long as one party accuses the other of having a hand in his death who or what are you to exclude her as a suspect.

2. If the child were not to be Mohbad’s that is not conclusive evidence that she killed Mohbad. Any idiot should know this. But if the child isn’t Mohbad’s then it opens up another legal battle on who gets to keep his royalties from his life’s work. So sweeping away a dna test can never be done. It must be done.

3. If there is no will then the estate goes to his wife and son. True. But he doesn’t need to do much to get a court order. All he needs do is to claim she is a suspect and push the motive that she killed him to hide that fact so his estate could be hers. Obtaining a dna test on this grounds does not impede justice in any way. If it turns out that the boy is truly Mohbad’s then it’s a win-win for Wunmi which is why I don’t understand the idiots saying she should not have a test done. If it turns out that it isn’t Mohbad’s son then she has a case to answer. But saying that since Mohbad never doubted the child then nobody should request a dna is illiterate reasoning.

4. So that a man accepts a child is enough evidence that that child is his? This is the dumbest thing you have said but I will answer you intelligently.

Have you read the story of Geremi the Chelsea footballer who for 12 years celebrated his children as his not knowing that they weren’t until a dna test showed it just last week? You should feel stupid by now but hold on.

Last year a man walked happily with his family to my hospital to have genotype and blood group test done for him, his wife and three children. No suspicions at all. He stated that his reason for it was just so they know and have it recorded in their cards. Turns out that none of the kids were his. But for 8 years of marriage he treated them as his.

Now how on earth does treating them like his own make them “legally and for all intents and purposes” his children?

It’s ok to feel comoletely stupid now.

Girl.... don't do it. Your late husband never questioned the paternity of his child.

Women and sentiments. There are many men who don’t questions the paternity of their children but went to do a simple genotype just so they know their genotype and that of their kids. That’s how they realized they were not the fathers. This just happened recently in my hospital. So it is really daft to say that since a man didn’t question the paternity of his child then there is no reason for a woman to do a dna test.

She’s not going to do DNA test if she doesn’t want to. You can’t force her. Nobody can. Mohbad’s father is a joker if he thinks he has a say.

The young boy remain Mohbad’s heir and will take ownership of all that’s left after his agbaya grandfather has taken the clothes.

It’s easy to spot a child talking. If you were an adult and understand how the law works you will know that a court order is all it takes to have her release that boy for a dna test. But you are obviously ignorant of how things work so you’ll say rubbish thinking you are making sense.

Only Mohbad can demand for a DNA test, it is an insult to her personality for anyone else to demand DNA for her son

If there is any reason to doubt the paternity of the boy then anybody of interest in the case can demand a test.

Demanding a test does not change the fact that the boy is truly Mohbad’s son so why are you people scared of it?
