You are not totally correct sir, you can do it online at the comfort of your home and download your permit online. You don't need to visit any police station. Total amount is a bit over 15k not up to 16k.
I got mine yesterday. Applied on the 8th and it was approved on the 16th and I downloaded it at the comfort of my home. Did facial verification online.

I want to build a 3 bedroom with 3 TOILETS attached to the rooms and one visitors TOILET. Quick breakdown
1. Two Rooms size 12 by 12feet
2. Masters room 12 by 14ft.
3. 2 Toilets 6 by 8 while one is 4 by 6
4. Visitors TOILET 4 by 5
5. Palour 16 by 16
6. Dining 12 by 8
7. Kitchen 13 by 9
8. Store 4 by 9
PLEASE, my question is :
1. how many blocks will I need for the above project.
2. Can I use 6 inches blind block for the outer walls and 5 inches blind block for interior walls? Or should I go for 6 inches hollow blocks?
Location is Benin city in Edo State. PEOPLE around the plot build theirs with 5 inches blind blocks .
