Please, for someone who came to the UK as a dependant to a skilled worker but got to the UK and wants to switch his visa to a sponsored skilled worker (HCA), will a English language proficiency test result be required.

Note: he hasn't submitted any English language proficiency test before for any visa application


Also, can he use the DBS check done by his present employer as the police check?


Lastly, will tuberculosis test be required for applications within the UK

Please, I have a question

My current international passport which will expire around August this year bear my father's name. I.want the new international passport to bear my husband's name because I am married. Applying via the Nigeria embassy site in London, on the application form, should I put my husband's name as my own last name or should I still retain my father's name as my last name . How can I effect my husband's name on this new passport please
